Job Description
You will lead a team of high performing and motivated engineers to deliver critical projects for customers. You will be required to work closely with client engineers to understand the requirements and implement them with the highest quality. You are expected to know and follow industry practices around software engineering.
Your position will report directly to the CTO. You will haveaccess to tools, systems and people to make your job a success.
Preferred Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience with Relevant minimum of 3+ years
BE, BTech, MCA, MTech
Technical Skills
- Customization and Configuration of Dynamics CRM systems
- Model and Canvas Apps
- Dynamics CRM development constructs like plugins, C #, SQL, web services
- JavaScript and Typescript scripting within Dynamics CRM
- Entity and Form customization
- PCF control development
- Experience with continuous deployment tools like Azure Devops, Github Actions
- Experience with power platform tools like Power BI
- Creates unit tests and assembly tests and log results
- Knowledge on Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions development and deployment
- Client project experience in Dynamics CRM Development
Required Qualification
- Experience in building model driven apps
- Experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketing and Sales modules
- Experience in building PowerBI and Power pages
- Microsoft certifications in one of the Dynamics 365 CRM modules
Soft Skills
- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers
- Work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and work status
- Hold conferences with client engineers
- Manage projects using tools like Jira/Trello etc.
